The demand for datacenters is exploding. From artificial intelligence to cloud computing, every major industry on the planet depends on datacenter infrastructure — and that demand is only growing. Yet there is a massive shortage of qualified technicians trained to build, manage, and maintain these facilities.
BBO exists to close that gap.
We combine two of the most respected certification programs in the industry — BICSI and Cisco — to produce datacenter-ready professionals who are equipped to step into high-demand careers from day one. For justice-impacted Black men and youth, this is more than training. This is a pathway to a career that the world cannot do without.
BICSI: The Foundation of Datacenter Infrastructure
Every datacenter runs on structured cabling — and BICSI sets the global standard for it. Our BICSI training program prepares participants to design, install, and manage the telecommunications infrastructure that keeps datacenters running. Upon completion, participants earn globally recognized BICSI certifications that open doors to enterprise-level careers in IT and network infrastructure worldwide.
Cisco: The Language of Modern Networks
Datacenters don't just need cables — they need networks. Our Cisco training program gives participants hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, and network systems, preparing them to earn the prestigious Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification. CCNA is one of the most recognized and sought-after credentials in the IT industry, and our graduates leave ready to compete for roles at the highest level.

The BBO program is not for everyone. It requires dedication, discipline, and patience. When you enter this program, you are committing to excellence – nothing less. There is no tolerance for disrespect within our community. Fights or negative interactions with other members will be grounds for immediate removal from the program.
