Who We Are and What We Stand For

Bounce Back Organization (BBO) is dedicated to restoring justice-impacted black men and youth through structured technical training and personal development. By offering programs such as BICSI and Cisco certifications, we empower individuals to rebuild their lives with integrity, discipline, and a focus on positive change. Our mission is to equip these men with the skills and support they need to become productive members of society.

The global standard in structured cabling and datacenter infrastructure. Our BICSI program trains participants to install and manage the telecommunications systems that power the world's most advanced facilities — earning certifications recognized across the globe.
